Canada publishes small container standard
Transport Canada has published a new standard for small containers (up to 450 litres) for the transport of dangerous goods of Classes 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8 and 9. The standard was developed in consultation with a range of stakeholders.
It is not yet a requirement of the TDG Regulations, but there will be a forthcoming proposal to replace the existing standard CAN/CGSB-43.150-97.
